Overview

Blueair, part of Unilever, offers a premium range of air wellness products designed for healthier living. With a portfolio spanning air purifiers, humidifiers, heaters, fans, and accessories, the brand is known for its innovation and Scandinavian design.

As competition in the category increased, Blueair set out to optimize its direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience to strengthen the brand, improve performance, and scale recurring subscription revenue. We focused on identifying friction points across the customer journey, leading to targeted improvements that streamlined the purchase process and supported long-term growth.

Overview

Far Niente is a benchmark Napa Valley estate founded in 1885, known for its world-class wines and the philosophy of dolce far niente—the sweetness of doing nothing. The brand reflects quiet luxury and timeless craftsmanship across its portfolio.

As the winery expanded into direct-to-consumer sales, its digital experience was reimagined to better support wine sales, wine club growth, and estate visits. A full redesign and rebuild created a modern platform that enhances discovery, simplifies membership, and captures the essence of the estate.

Seamless Discovery

The house of brands – Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, Bella Union, Post & Beam, EnRoute, Dolce – comes to life through an improved discovery experience, guiding visitors across the portfolio.

Elevated Wine Club Experience

The wine club journey is focused on making membership easy to understand, quick to join, and a pleasure to manage, offering customers exclusive benefits from events and special releases to estate access.

Composable Replatforming

The platform was rebuilt on a composable stack powered by Shopify Plus, Winehub, and Sanity CMS, unlocking greater speed, scalability, and flexibility for the brand.

Driving Real-World Engagement

The site was designed to inspire winery visits, promote events, and strengthen the connection between online discovery and the hospitality of one of Napa’s finest estates.

Overview

Race Face is a market-leading cycling brand known for high-performance mountain bike components built for riders pushing the limits of the sport. With a loyal global following and a reputation for engineering excellence, the brand set out to evolve its digital presence through a new flagship e-commerce experience.

Working with parent company Fox Factory, we defined a CX strategy and technical architecture to support a shift toward direct-to-consumer. Starting with Race Face, this established a scalable foundation for the broader brand portfolio, delivering a performance-driven commerce experience that improves discovery, strengthens brand expression, and supports growth.
